Grown on a clay sandy soil, the Grand Cru of the estate comes from a selection of old vines of Merlot. These vines are more than 50 years old. The grapes are hand picked, sorted out with great care,
first in the vineyard, then at the cellar so that only sane berries are put into wine vats to reduce sulfites. Fermented in wine vats by natural yeasts, maturing is carried on in selected french oak barrels in the aging cellar for 12 months.
